Log:

Changed the quartz radiator shape to extract Cerenkov photons from a wedge section at the bottom of the quartz. The quartz radiator now has a trapoized cross-section. Light guides were tilted about 45 degree towards beam. This configuration is to minimize the number of bounces of Cerenkov photons, as well as to minimize Cerenkov background in the air-core of the light guide.
