All but the beamline is in the GDML geometry now, except the "holes" for the vacuum enclosures needs a more careful look because it is took big for the holes in the scattering chamber attachment.

With this default geometry, the scattering chamber holes are different that what I ever actually used; a rectangular one downstream and a small circular one upstream.  Also I never hard-coded the downstream end plate of the scattering chamber attachment, but it is in the GDML version.
