Log:
Cmake build support added.  Out of tree build possible now.

  mkdir build
  cd build
  cmake ..
  make

An up-to-date cmake for ifarml64 can be found at /group/qweak/QwGeant4/cmake/bin/cmake.

This won't actually do much since it looks for macros in the local directory...
