Log:
Many changes were included in this late commit. They are mainly:  

- implementation of shower-max detectors and their pre-radiators (thickness is specified by radiation length),
- implementation of square-shaped PMT window/photocathode as an option in addition to the usual round PMT,
- printing some numbers for later design reference, such as quartz dimensions, radial locations, etc.
