[12gevmoller_sim] Important remoll Updates

Hi everyone,

There have been a few important changes to remoll today.  First, I've 
modified the cmake system so that it is more reliable on generating the 
git information each time and more importantly, rebuilds the relevant 
components that store that information each time.  I noticed that these 
were not always occurring and should be fixed now.  Without this fix, 
the stored git version may be behind the real version.

I've added in a new generator which will shoot individual electrons at 
the target using all the specified beam properties such as the raster.  
You can add  '/remoll/gen beam' in your macros to utilize it.

*If you're working on private branches, you should consider merging in 
the master branch to pick up these changes.  In your build directory, 
consider removing CMakeFiles/ and start a fresh build.  Those are all 
temporary files generated by cmake*

Finally, we are going to a new default field map for the simulations.

This field is scaled down from the previous field.  *Be sure to update 
all your macros accordingly.*
