[12gevmoller_sim] [git] remoll: Updated default values for beam current, QWe radiative effects included

Hi everyone,

I just want to emphasize these are some important changes to the default 
values.  The Moller asymmetry now includes radiative effects, so it is 
effectively a bit higher.  The default beam current is 75 uA.  If you 
have any post analysis scripts which depend on these values, make sure 
they are adjusted accordingly.
