  add energy deposit per hit. Initially I added this to use for collimator energy deposit comparisons. Since we don't record all the hits generated within meterials, energy deposit for collimators is underestimated. Since I made the changed to the code alread and this only add one more leaf to the TTree, I'm going to commit this change anyway. This may be useful for certain detector studies in the simulation.
