  modified the vis/vis.mac file so that when run in interactive mode, the geometry tree is activated.
Now the geometry file can also be specfied in the macro file for interactive remoll running.
To use these features, run macros/vis.mac after opening the remoll GUI.

I modfied the README to reflect this feature.
