  Now I have implemented proper track killing for Kryptonite materials. Previously when a track is killed, that energy is lost. In order to properly account energy lost when a track is killed, new mechanism is introduced where now energy is deposited into the volume after a track is killed.

Therefore we no longer needs to artificially kill tracks in the UserSteppingAction routine.
