  Made modifications to GdmlGenerator.C and materials.xml.
Also created a new static .xml file called definitions_global.xml

GdmlGenerator.C:
-Edited preamble to include new static .xml file called definitions_global.xml

materials.xml:
-Edited definitions for Oxygen, Silicon, Quartz, and Aluminum to include additional properties.
-Added defintions for Lead, Atomic Hydrogen, Carbon, Tyvek, Nitrogen, Air,...
-...,Air (with optical processes defined), and Photocathode.
-Quartz, Aluminum, Air_Optical, and Photocathode uses defintions from definitions_global.xml

definitions_global.xml:
-New static .xml file that defines properties useful for simulating optical processes.
-Includes absorption length and index of refraction of quartz.
-Includes index of refraction, reflectivity/transmission coeff's of Aluminum.
-Includes absorption length, index of refraction, and other properties of
 Air with optical processes enabled.
-Includes absorption length, index of refraction, reflectivity
 and efficency coeff's of the photocathodes.
