  Included the world volume as a class variable in DetectorConstruction.

Modfied the DumpGeometry function to do an optional (default = false) check
of overlap issues. If no base volume is specified, or null is specified, it
will take the world volume to start the tree from.

  New messenger command /remoll/dumpgeometry that takes an optional (default = false)
boolean argument to print the geometry tree and do overlap checks.
