  Pion detector layout in gdml.

All volumes are entirely encapsulated in the proper parent volumes, and no overlaps exist.
Currently the lead donut is set to G4_Galactic so one can test this with electrons and not
have to wait forever. SET THIS TO G4_Pb BEFORE ANY PION STUDIES.
