  When deleting an object, also set corresponding pointer to NULL. Especially when
later checking the pointer for object existence.

  New geometry after Wednesday 2016-11-16 pion detector meeting:
 moved virtual detector up against lead donut
 moved GEM and TS as close as possible
Entire system now 1.7 m wide.

Also added all to CMakeLists for installation.
