  Proper replicavols to get rid of the geometry warnings,
and to allow for easily setting number of detectors to
smaller values for testing (e.g. N_P = 1).

  Improvements to pion lucite detector implementation.

- Mylar around the lucite reflects
- Aluminum lightguide reflects
- Photocathode efficiency and reflectivity (see issue #21)

Apart from being a badly designed detector out of which the photons
can't reach the PMT, it works.
