  Main executable which allows for some multithreading options

Usage:
  remoll [-m macro ] [-u UIsession] [-r seed] [-t nThreads] [macro]

Backwards compatible with old calling syntax. Streamlined to avoid
as many branch points for G4UI_XM etc.
