  Updating and merging into the main "merged" geometry Rakitha's target chamber and lead radiation shielding improvements

Corrections:
Logical volume overlap with the hall floor (corrected by shifting the entire target region up by 100mm)
The ellipsoids were not cut off correctly (causing material surrounding the target)
