  Changing the condition for trackID == trajectoryContainer index to look at the entry in the part branch and use its index+1 as the TrackID. This works as long as the order of printing entries into the part branch is done in the same order as the trackIDs are set in the event/stepping action, or wherever the intrinsic trackIDs are stored.
