  New class based on G4VUserTrackInformation

This class carries user tracking information with the tracks, and
is apparently the thing that survives optical photon suspends from
the stack. We therefore store the post step status in the user info
and check it again in the future if the track is re-considered from
the stack.

  Create remollUserTrackInformation and associate with track

At the end of tracking, just store the post step status in the user
information. If the track is killed the user track info is deleted;
if the track is re-considered after suspend, then the post step status
will still be there.

  Modified logic for determining whether a hit is by the first step in volume

This uses the pre step status, and if undefined the stored post step status.

Possible times when this could go wrong? None that I can imagine right now,
but maybe there are cases when the pre step status is fUndefined (typically
the very first step) AND there is no stored post step status. But that is
what we had before too. So, I think we're good now.
