  Cameron added to geometry_dose_tests two files for Ciprian to test the effect of including air instead of an aluminum vacuum chamber around the hybrid coils. There is no aluminum vacuum window in either case, but they can be added, though they will likely be of similar dimensions for either geometry orientation.

My definition of air is very basic and doesn't include the elemental descriptions (it's built off of the vacuum definition, which may not be the best approach).
