  Recreating tests of optical properties to show photocathode efficiency errors. optics_test.mac shoots 100 optical photons directly at the cathode, as well as a single electron at the quartz and writes to two separate output files. We expect ~35% photon hits on the cathode, but are seeing over 100%. Cathode is detector number 50402.
