[12gevmoller_sim] [JeffersonLab/remoll] Need checking of QWe and APV sign (#86)

Hey guys,

Sakib just found this in his sensitivity studies - the A_PV for the 
moller generator is coming out negative now.  We need to track down when 
the change occurred... The values are pretty close but the distribution 
is mirror imaged...
