  Implemented possibility of turning on spin precession tracking

In the magnetic field the spin of polarized electrons will precess and
may end up being transverse at the detector plane. In MOLLER we should
not be sensitive to the effects of this, but it has been on my todo list
to implement a way to check this.

/remoll/field/equationtype
  Set equation type:
   0: B-field, no spin (default)
   1: EM-field, no spin
   2: B-field, with spin
   3: EM-field, with spin

/remoll/field/steppertype
  Set stepper type:
   0: ExplicitEuler
   1: ImplicitEuler
   2: SimpleRunge
   3: SimpleHeum
   4: ClassicalRK4 (default)
   5: CashKarpRKF45

/remoll/field/print
  Print the accuracy parameters
