  Don't generate warning about at start of run

- Don't call UpdateInfo in constructor (never have any target
  since no geometry yet)
- Don't warn about missing target mother since UpdateInfo always
  called at least once before target volumes are set
- Warn and crash out when no target is defined at the time when
  the first event vertex is actually sampled
