  Create html help file of all remoll commands with macro createhtml.mac

This generates a bunch of _remoll_*.html files in your current directory,
which you can open with any web browser. Seems mostly useful at this point,
but I do think we could do better in providing useful documentation for the
/remoll/ commands and their parameters.
