  Doing the analysis in the analysis folder (makes sense, requires a modified CMakeLists.txt that includes the libremoll.so shared object library that results from the previous compilation of the main remoll executable to be in the working directory - or its placement can be moved, but it is in the CMakeLists.txt by force now)
