  Do not clear GDML files in run data between calls.

Run data is static, so consecutive calls by detector construction
and parallel world should not be cleared in between. This fixes
issue #156.

Now you can do again:
```
 $ build/reroot -l remollout.root
[] run_data->RecreateGDML()
```
