  Added visualization for stored Qt (enables scene tree)

Immediate visualization is inferior since visualization calls are
handled by openGL before control is passes back to the caller. In
stored mode, openGL can buffer up graphics info and allow the caller
to continue working (i.e. simulating tracks).
