  Changes to definiton of pion lucite detector

No more volume overlaps possible, now wedge is specified as fraction of
thickness (pionDetectorLuciteWedgeHeightFraction) and position of point
relative to base (pionDetectorLuciteWedgeSide, -1 for upstream, 0 for
middle, +1 for downstream)
