  Adding updates for automated envelope production, and
manual envelope point selection. mollerParallel_envelopes.gdml
is important for this to allow for full charge particle tracking
even if they don't hit det 28.

pruneTreeEnvelope is now more complicated, and the cuts need to be
recompiled by hand to get subsequent z locations (a flag can be
added later)
