  Remove full EM field support, only B field support remains.

Geant4.10.05 imposes stricter requirements on EM field equations of
motion. Using a pure magnetic field with EM field equations is not
allowed anymore (and fails to compile). One now has to use the special
B field only equations.

This commit enables compilation for geant4.10.05.
