  Added collimator power deposition to standard test output

Updated and moved geant4 and ROOT issue #179 macros that were used to
test power deposition. They formed the basis for test_power.mac and
test_power.C. test_power.mac runs 10k with kryptonite off and with the
default beam generator raster on.

You can turn on kryptonite with
```
/remoll/kryptonite/set true
/remoll/kryptonite/add Lead_kryp
```
You can turn off the raster with
```
/remoll/evgen/beam/rasx 0 mm
/remoll/evgen/beam/rasy 0 mm
/remoll/evgen/beam/corrx 0.0
/remoll/evgen/beam/corry 0.0
```
