  /remoll/kryptonite/volume <logical_volume_name>

This sets the logical volume to kryptonite by name.

This avoids the need to do all the kryptonite by material type.

  Set full kryptonite user limits, not just max allowed step.

With this change you can now add the following:
```
/remoll/kryptonite/enable
/remoll/kryptonite/verbose 1
/remoll/kryptonite/volume DSAlTarg
```
which will set the DS Al target window to kryptonite. Useless,
except to show that a few events get through and most don't.

Probably the direction everyone should move for treating
kryptonite instead of defining it through materials...
