  Updating the merged and simpler acceptance definition files to match the new sculpt of col2 (and its shift in position) as determined by the envelope optimization process for the new experiment

- This leaves behind the other two upstreamDaughter volumes (they were already obsolete), and it also should be noted that I am not 100% confident in the relative placements of the shielding blocks in the "merged" file here, but Chandan was the last to mess with them, so he should check that out again.
