  Flag duplicate detector number (but accept and proceed)

This will print lines like
```
remoll: DetNo 8009 for pionDetectorLuciteReflectorInsideExitDetector_logical
remoll: already used by pionDetectorLeadDonut_logical
```
In many cases it may be intentional to have duplicate detector numbers,
for example when logical volumes are positioned not using replicated volumes.
This might then look like
```
remoll: DetNo 8002 for pionDetectorGEMSinglePlane_logical
remoll: already used by pionDetectorGEMSinglePlane_logical
```
