[12gevmoller_sim] Detector implementation

Hello everyone,

Below are two sreenshots of the main detector tile implementation at the 
exact locations they currently have
in the CAD model. The GDML is generated from within the CAD through some 
API additions that automate the
generation of the GDML, so any changes in tile locations can now be 
exported to simulation reasonably fast.

I could not show this in the meeting earlier, because my zoom was not 
playing well with x2go.
