Hi Jay,

This afternoon the Hall C RC was informed about the current ramp rate to Hall C as it is now. We will discuss it tomorrow at the 7:45 meeting. Until tomorrow the Hall C RC authorized beam to C on Carbon targets only.

Sylvester, feel free to correct me.
