[A1n_d2n] [EXTERNAL] Shift/Run schedule update

Dear all,

Following the discussion during our last phone meeting, I've canceled
the following shifts:
  Monday Nov 25 -- OWL Friday Nov 29   [Canceled]

I'm leaving the shifts for Friday, Nov 29 DAY through the weekend
active for now.  We'll revisit the Hall installation progress and
Accelerator schedule in another week or so and reassess.

Note that there are still quite a few shifts in December that must be
filled.  Shifts in 2020 are largely unpopulated -- this needs to change.
Please don't wait to sign up.  The shift schedule is a strong reflection
of how engaged we are as a Collaboration.  I'm sure we can rally better
than this :-)
