[A1n_d2n] Weekly A1n-d2n meeting Tuesday 11/26/2019 2:30pm

Dear All:


We will have our next (no longer weekly) A1n/d2n meeting tomorrow, Tuesday November 26th at 2:30pm.  Bluejean information is shown at the end of this email. Our next meeting is currently planned for 2:30pm (black) Friday for those who can attend, then transition to daily RC meetings starting Monday Dec.2nd.


I have a few items on my list to discuss:

Beam/run status/RC report, plan for upcoming week -- Greg Smith (if not already in the RC daily report)
Raster status - Mark Jones or Brad(?)
Cell list, including density and wall thickness measurement data -- Jianping/Mingyu?
Reference cell status, including plan for wall thickness measurement -- Todd
First cell to install -- all/Xiaochao

Further information on accelerator/beam status, if any -- Jay
Target installation/hall status, plan over Thanksgiving -- Jianping
Shift needs for the few days starting Dec.2nd -- Jianping

Run plan for A1n -- Xiaochao/Jixie, will send out preliminary webpage prior to the meeting
Online analysis script status -- Brad/Syvelster(?)
Target field report -- Jixie
Any other topics worth discussion? Please add items that I may have overlooked.

There are specific policies that reduce or eliminate unproductive meetings:
No meeting without an agenda -- good point!
No "status updates" during which you "go around the room." -- sure, will do!
No meeting longer than 30 minutes. -- sorry, can't do this sometimes!
Leave a meeting the moment you realize you're not adding value -- sure, and drop everyone.
Replace PowerPoints with a group reading of a briefing document -- can't see the difference. Is there a difference?
