Hi folks,

Sylvester and I (and others) will be working on getting ourselves and
our students up to speed on the online and offline software needs for
the upcoming experiments.

We will have our first formal meeting on
                   * Wednesday, Sept 25 @ 1:30pm *
The plan is to run these meetings weekly going forward.

** Please email brads at jlab.org (don't reply to the full list) if you plan
** to attend. I would like a general tally, and I need to get you added
** the correct unix group for filesystem access.

If you are at JLab, please join us in room F224/5. If you're offsite,
then please connect via Bluejeans:
  https://bluejeans.com/614396130
Phone Dial-in: +1.888.240.2560 (US Toll Free)
  Global Numbers: https://www.bluejeans.com/premium-numbers
  Meeting ID: 614 396 130

Our near-term goals are to help folks become familiar with the Hall C analyzer,
document and practice the calibration processes, establish the online analyzer
framework, etc.

Disk, tape, and Farm resources have been set up for our use. We'll go over this
on Wednesday, but you can find preliminary information here:
