[A1n_d2n] [EXTERNAL] d2n status updates and run extension

Dear PolHe3 Collaborators,

Just a quick update in case you missed the message from Rolf, et al
recently.

The summer run has been extended to September 21 to compensate for
some of the start-up delays and accelerator issues.  I've extended
the dates Shift Sign up page accordingly.  Please sign up soon!

As the RC reports have been noting, we are up and taking production data
on the He3 cell.  Trip rates are high and a little problematic right
now, but they have been improving, so that is very promising.

We will continue to take data on our first set of 5-pass kinematic
points this week, and hope to wrap that up over the next 5--6 days
before switching to our next 5-pass kinematic settings for the following
week.  Our 1-pass running is now scheduled for Aug 24--27.
