There seems to be some odd behaviour with the SSL certificate for 
logbooks.jlab.org. It appears to have been revoked. For the time being, 
if you have this problem, you can turn off the revocation list in firefox:

Edit>>Preference>>Privacy and Security (scroll all the way to the bottom)
- Uncheck >> "Query OCSP responder servers ...."

This should resolve this problem for individual users for now. I will 
follow up with CNI about the revocation.
