Hi Xiaochao,
I have a few comments. See below:

Maybe something like: " A1n is an important quantity ..." is better?

". Not equal (=) . Also either use x_Bj (as above) of x consistently.

"... must turn positive" is too strong. Something like ".. it turns
positive and ...." seems better to me.
