[A1n_d2n] Version 3 update of Ae+e- proposal using SoLID

A list of changes since version 2 is as follows:
1) section 3.8: added more details on the GEM tracking discussion (thanks to Weizhi);
2) section 4.7: added CJ15 calculations of H2 (thanks to Shujie), which I used to estimate the effect on the asymmetry in addition to using neutrino data;
3) section 4.7: you may notice the use of the neutrino HT term, H3nu, appears slightly different from version 2. I realized two (possible) misunderstandings on my side: a) the xF3nu in the reference is defined as the per-nucleon value (not per-nucleus); and b) the H3nu term is defined relative to F3nu as in Eq.(1) of the reference, not w.r.t xF3nu. These have been corrected.
4) general touch-up of texts and figures throughout the document, including replacing Fig.11 (thanks to Ye Tian).
5) sections 5.1: included a Monte Carlo method for estimating the uncertainties that lead to smaller total uncertainties on the final result. (Previously, I was generating and fitting the pseudo data over and over and recorded the largest variations).
6) added final touch-up: last 4 lines on page 40 (summary) -- wordsmithing suggestions are welcome!
