Scott Barcus, Shujie Li, and Doug Higinbotham are proposing a very short<br>
mostly parasitic measurement that could run during the d2n 1-pass beam<br>
time. The expectation is that this would run in conjunction with our<br>
already-planned calibration and cross-check measurements at 1-pass.<br>
<br>
All members of the d2n Collaboration would be welcome on any publication<br>
that results from this sub-project, should it be approved.<br>
<br>
(Note that I'm not a co-spokesperson, but I do support this measurement.<br>
I think we can include it with negligible impact to our d2n program and<br>
extract some good physics as well.)<br>

The proposal is attached for comment.<br>
