The output will be copied to
$WORKSPACE/worksim.

mc-single-arm using the given inputfile for run number from $rum_min to $run_max, each run will have $number_of_subrun subruns <br></div><div>3) convert the rzdat file into root tree. For each run, merge all subruns into one big root file</div><div>4) copy the merged root file to
$WORKSPACE/worksim.
