[Acc_parity] Accelerator PQB Meeting Day and Time

Dear All,

Looking at the doodle survey:

these two slots: Thursday 9:30-10:30 am and Thursday 1:00-2:00 pm are 
the most favored times. For our first meeting we will meet at 9:30 am on 
Thursday February 26, 2015.

I am still open to choose the other time. This will be the first thing 
to decide on in our first meeting.
