Event Services will provide your catering in most on-site locations. I would contact Josh Cameron to ask for guidance (jcameron at jlab.org<mailto:jcameron at jlab.org>, x7409). Josh can also assist with estimates of cost and will need the project.org to charge (ACCSEM.ACCASA I believe).

Tristan,

The tradition we have had in Accelerator seminars is to have coffee only for CEBAF speakers and coffee and light refreshments for outside speakers.  Suba is local but not really at CEBAF so I think she rates some light refreshments.  Since the talk is in the Test lab however there might be some logistical challenges.  Evelyn might know if coffee and pastries is possible for the Test Lab conference room.
