[Acc_sem_comm] New committee member

Hi,
As you may have heard, I will be leaving JLab in a few months (COVID permitting) so I'd like to propose a replacement committee member: Hui Tian. I think she will bring an interesting perspective and good ideas to the group. I haven't approached her to check her availability as I wanted to discuss with you first.
