[Acc_sem_comm] recommending a speaker

Dear Seminar Committee,

I'd like to recommend Rakshya Thapa to give the division seminar on Thu Oct. 5th her abstract/title is attached, she'll be visiting JLab in person from 10/1-10/7.

Rakshya is a PhD student with expertise in polarized electron sources and polarimeters.   She's a grad student at Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz Germany.   She's attending the SPIN conference at Duke the week before visiting JLAB to present her thesis research, we're glad to have her visit.

Max Bruker will be her POC for her JLAB visit, he's cc:'d.  Rakshya's info is below.
