I will circulate the requested information among the committee to seek their support.
Could you please confirm the proposed date and time with the visitors for their presentation?
January 13 is a Tuesday, and if it works for them, we would prefer to schedule the seminar from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Once the date and time are confirmed, I will ask Tristan to help reserve the conference room, preferably TL 1227.

Thank you for the information.
The seminar is typically held on Thursdays; however, we can coordinate scheduling for special occasions.
Currently , we have not scheduled any seminar for the week of Jan 12-13, 2026.
The seminar usually lasts 45–60 minutes, including the Q&A session.
To help us prepare the announcements and seminar materials, we kindly ask that the presenter provide the following items
two weeks before the presentation:

  *
Presentation title and abstract
  *
A headshot
  *
A representative graphic (e.g., a diagram, plot, or illustration)
  *
A short biography (to assist with the presenter’s introduction)

Good afternoon Hui,

I just learned that you are the Accelerator Seminar Committee Chair.
Hiroshi Sakai and Yasuchika Yamamoto of KEK-iCASA,  Japan will be visiting on  Jan 12-13, 2026.
Rongli Geng will be their host and would like to hold a seminar for them.  We are not sure if one of them will do the talk or share.
They will be here to collaborate on SRF processing and assembly.

Please let me know if this would be possible and what other information you would need.
